Please note that shipping times shown below are as indicated by the various carriers. They do not include processing time. Please allow 1-2 days processing time
All orders sent by eParcel will have a tracking number. The number will be emailed to you when the order is despatched.
** If address is a Business address please ensure that the Business name is included in your shipping address**
Kirra Marie is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch,or delayed delivery through Australia post Express Network. We are not compensated for shipping through Auspost.
Return to Sender: All parcels returned to sender (Kirra Marie) due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from Post Office will incur a return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them will need to pay a re-postage fee.
Parcels with Authority to leave - We will not take responsiblity for parcels that have gone missing when customers request authority to leave and no signature is obtained. This is at the customers own risk.
